At Von Dutch, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your iconic street style, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that limited edition collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
